The spark plug change allegedly resolved the light, but I never saw the vehicle again to verify. I made them an offer based on the inspection results and my own research, and they immediately responded that they are a "one price dealer" and that they don't negotiate. I said then our business was concluded, and will never go back or recommend them to anyone. I was actually referred this place by a friend, who said he negotiated his price. So they either changed that policy, or figured I was a buyer at ticket price and were standing on the price. If they didn't negotiate, I don't see why they waited so long to point that out, when I repeatedly said I would "make an offer" during our dealings. I followed the vehicle on their web site just for my own curiosity, and it was on the lot for 4 months following my offer, and the price ended up reduced below the offer I made by the time it sold.

If you go to this dealer, make sure you do your homework on price and get a mechanic involved!

We bought a 2007 Mercury Mariner a few of weeks ago and it is an excellent vehicle! What got us to buy from here though was Tyler's expertise, professionalism, and helpfulness. He answered every question, was not pressuring u at all, and told nothing but the truth about the vehicle, its' condition, the warranties available, and the price. He sold it below book value and we appreciate his, and his brother's helpfulness throughout the process!! I am sending people his way and would like to say that he gives a great honor to the family name!! Thanks Tyler!

bought my car from here. not a bad experience.

Vary easy to buy from! No pressure !

Avoid this dealer at all costs!

then let me tell you. not sure what there policy is but when i bought my car with my dad, he tried getting them to fill a full tank for my car they said no they only fill the a quarter and that's it and my dad said why not full and the guy said no we don't do full. but today sitting in the office for my car for that hour i over heard the lady who i don't know sold this car to this couple. the husband asked for a full tank because usually dealers fill it up and the lady said no we usually only do a quarter tank and then she goes and explain saying they can either have the full tank or the $125 off the plan or something. so it was either a full tank of the discount of $125 she gave them for upgrading their plan. and i was just thinking,. why didn't you guys offer me and my dad when we came to buy the car? and we didn't get a discount.

I went there looking at a 1998 Blazer and wanted to test drive the vehicle. Unlike many dealers where there are salesmen swarming you the minute you pull in, I had to stand in the office waiting for a good 20 minutes before anyone had time for me. The vehicle was quite overpriced based on excellent condition Blue Book, and had a host of easily identifiable issues with the vehicle. The hood didn't pop, most of the interior lights were out, check engine light on, seats in rough shape just to name a handful. The listing for the vehicle didn't indicate any problems. I test drive it anyway, and when I get back to the lot a man comes running out flailing his arms exclaiming that the vehicle had been sold and I can't test drive it. I gave back the keys and opined that I thought they could better educate their sales team to prevent that.

but being here i just realized how much they try to no do something?

Despite my impression of the dealership thus far, I was interested in a 2007 Torrent that appeared to be a more reasonable price (overpriced, but assumed that it was just a starting point for negotiation and that the final price would be agreeable). I test drove that vehicle and noticed the check engine light was on. There were some minor interior damages, but other than the check engine light the vehicle wasn't too bad. I said that I would make an offer on it if they resolved the check engine light, and I wanted my mechanic to inspect it. They agreed to investigate the check engine light, but were resistant to the inspection. They asked me a dozen questions and had to call the mechanic and interrogate him. At this point I was just going to go with my mechanic's thoughts, but I was already tempted to just walk. They told me they fixed the check engine issue in the interim between the test drive and the inspection, alleging it was a loose gas cap. The check engine light came back on during the trip to the mechanic. The inspection concluded a cylinder misfire, and suggested a spark plug replacement. They were resistant to doing the replacement, but relented when I insisted I would only make an offer if the light was off.

I just got a Pontiac G6 gt from this dealership and so far I love it!! Car drives smooth and and is in excellent condition! The people that run this dealership were extremely nice and seemed very honest. They were not your typical pushy dealership. Very easy going and seemed to really care for their customers.

like i called on Wednesday for an oil change and they said Saturday alright. went in for my appointment they said 20-30 minutes i said alright. walked around the block came back and i see my car still lifted i said alright just wait. then it's almost an hr 50 minutes and asks what's up they said that they were still waiting the oil filter and they just got it so it should be too long. ok. so tell me why all the way from Wednesday knowing you guys had an oil change Saturday morning you guys had nothing prepared? so was there for an hr before i got my car back. then got my car back and my rug was dirty. and let me tell you i just cleaned my car last weekend too and the rug didn't even get a smug of mud or anything to make it looks brown and dirty. but whoever was handling my car at this place decided it was OK to make my rug smug with dirty mud or oil whatever was on his/her shoe. then i called to talked about how it's just courtesy to keep the car the way it came especially on the inside and the guy i talked to said sorry and that they usually lay down a mat before anything. and all i'm thinking is well obviously you guys didn't. my mat is not black ok, it's the tan ones so i can see any kind of smug or oil or dirt you guys rub into the inside of my car.
