Took 3 different appointments to fix 1 of 2 problems. And the other problem they say will fix itself.
4 hours before getting home after my long drive from Hickory, NC and a rock gets tossed into my windshield. It hits the edge of my windshield resulting in a foot long crack on my windshield. I spoke to some of the workers from Safelite and they told me that my windshield is not made by Honda but it is sourced from another company. The price was reasonably good and substantially lower in cost to replace than taking it to a Honda dealer for service. They did an excellent job in replacing my windshield and even had a pamphlet that had simple instructions on what I needed to do on my end to ensure that the adhesives dried correctly and accordingly. The best part is that I now have a sunstrip that came pretinted on the glass. The part is not Genuine Honda branded but I am pleased with the service and almost wish I had more broken glass that I needed fixed.
Got some chips and cracks repaired. The staff was great and knowledgeable. The facility was clean. Free drinks while you wait as well. I would come back if necessary.
Awesome. Insurance called got us in and we are back on the road. All within 1 hour. Great people.
mobile service tech arrived sooner than scheduled, replaced two windshields in a couple of hours. Friendly, he let the family watch him work. Everyone on phone has been very friendly and helpful.
