The billing dept is never correct with the information they give you. They give you a phone call stating you have a credit and months later you have a bill in the mail. It's constant I've never had a dental office where the billing issues were horrible. As for the dental work they're just fine. I will not be going back. I prefer to know what things are gonna cost me not six months down the road and it's NEVER correct!!
If you're looking for a dentist office that runs patients in like cattle then this is the place for you. They nummed me up and make me wait over an hour and was about ready to start the procedure but got called away for another exam. Let me in there to wait even longer until I had to leave. Also in my hour and a half in the chair I noticed that the office was completely filthy every nook and cranny was full of grime & filth that look like it had never been cleaned. I can tell you where I'm not going to get my smile
You follow up to remind of appointments is becoming very irritating. I have a calendar and I make sure I am at my appointments. I do not appreciate being treated as a child that needs a reminder every few minutes. Keep it up and You will loose me as a patient. Thank you, Jerry
