It's a really good store it's very well kept very clean and no matter how busy are the people that work there always have a smile for you

My main concern is the stupid perks card they want you to sign up for. Either provide the best value to customers by offering low prices accross the board or folks like me will shop elsewhere. I hate the games and shouldn't need to sign up for a stupid card to get lower prices! Their signs have sale prices but only with a card? I don't get this business plan. Aldis and walmart it is then.

This store has made some small but significant changes that make it more competitive and customer friendly.

It is clear that the mission of this grocery chain is not to provide a superior product. When you go to grocers like Festival Foods, they have more than enough people staffed to attend to the needs of the customer. Pick in Save employs the bare minimum. For example, they never have enough baggers. So why not employ the same method as Festival and designate certain lanes as "We bag" and some as "you bag." The deli counter is always staffed with one person. Since Kroger took over, some of the product lines in the meat department have improved, but barely. Some of the organic Kroger products are an improvement as well. I shop here regularly, but only because of location. The store is lit poorly as well. Not a pleasant shopping experience. Tryg's is a much nicer option, but quite a bit pricier. Praying for a Festival Foods to come to the area.

Staff was very helpful. They had what I needed. Prices were reasonable.
