Had Lance over to give me an estimate on a new Furnace and AC the other day. What a great person very down to earth and knowledgeable! Had several other quotes, but choose to have France Sales do my install. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
France did a great job with our new furnace and AC unit. They were very professional throughout the entire process. The gentlemen that came out to quote the project was very down to earth and didn't try to up-sell us options that we didn't need (unlike a few other contractors that we had bid the job) The guys doing the install were also very professional and worked very efficiently. My wife works from home, so she got to "experience" the install process first hand. She said that all of the workers were respectful of our home and courteous. Shop around and get a few bids, but I would recommend France.
After doing some online research regarding brands of gas furances available and quality, I made the decision to purchase a Goodman/Amana furnace. Of the vendors available to sell that brand in our area, the reviews for France Sales & Service stood out as a good choice. I called them and they came out and inspected our home to help us determine the size and style of furnace we needed. Andy was very professional, helpful and informative and helped us make the right choice for us and our house.
The furnace was installed just a few days ago. The crew showed up on time and were very friendly. They worked very hard while they were there. They left the area neat and clean, as if they had never been there. They were working in less than ideal conditions because we are remodeling and have stuff every where, much of it in their way. But they just did what they do very well. When they left, they left us a detailed note as to what they accomplished and for us to call with any questions.
I am comfortable with my choice of France Sales & Service because of their past reviews. I also believe that I will have 24/7 customer service if I need it and that is a HUGE factor in our decision. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH FRANCE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. NO HELP OR COMMON SENSE WITH THESE PEOPLE. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS AND THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
