Wendys has always been a great place to go for a quick service, but particulariy this place seems to have managment issue. Also opens late at night. Also have a great area to enjoy lunch or dinner.
Only Wendy's in the area. Always good service and that great Wendy's taste!
I had a complaint that I spoke with a regional manager about. It was about how rude a manager was at this location. The regional person told me she would send me free meal coupons in the mail for her manager being so rude. I never received the coupons. And never heard from her again. Double rude. And very unprofessional. Too bad. Wendy's has good food. Which is ruined by rude employees.
Super busy at noon but they try their best to make the food hot and fresh for you not like other places where foods made sitting under heat lamp. I just wish they would hire 2-3 more people they need help. Other wise 5 start!
Sat in line for drive-through for 10 minutes no answer soon as I pull up to the window somebody’s answering do you want me order my food at the window freezing my ass off
