Scheduled for my outdoor hottub to be serviced for a small leak. Service scheduled out two weeks. Technician calls (at the end of the day that I'm expecting him) to tell me I need to reschedule my service for another day because he got slammed and wouldn't be making it over. Took and hour and a half off work to be here to meet tech only to have tech not show. Had to call and reschedule from Tuesday to Friday...they're gonna squeeze me in...sorry to whoever is gonna get screwed in the afternoon because they are "squeezing" others in rather than just sticking to scheduled appointments. Sucks that their customers time isn't important enough to them that they could call me at 2 pm and tell me they weren't coming so I could have stayed at work. Now I have to try and find someone to be here Friday since I can't be. Unprofessional.
Knew his stuff and gave us a great deal on a new pool table with 4 pool sticks, balls, 12 & 9 hole game set ups. And free install. My sweetie is so excited. We can't wait.

Very poor customer service. Was in the store for 20 minutes and everyone was in the back room talking about personal stuff!!! You lost my business!! They do have everything though I should know with all he time I had to look around!!
